INTERCEPT® ORAL FLUID DRUG TESTING KIT:
- We will screen for any of the 8 listed drugs, at $5 per drug, $40 total.
- Collection kit will be sent upon receipt of order.
- Included in the kit will be a set of complete instructions on how to proceed and a postage paid return shipping box. The return shipping container will contain the plastic sealing barrier required by federal postal regulations.
- Within 24-hours of our receipt of your specimen, we will mail your report to you via regular mail, or you can receive your report by fax.
- All reports are completely confidential. No names will appear on the report; the sample will be identified with a number.
